Shipping Terms
Order preparation and delivery times:
Orders that are not personalized or for which a different term is not specified in their description, will be prepared and shipped within the following 24/48 business hours. If there is any delay, it will be notified as soon as possible.
Please note that during the lockdown in Spain due to the COVID19 virus the delivery times will differ from the tables below. We can deliver via SEUR PRIORITY but maybe it will take a little longer. Our apologies for the inconvenience.

Once the order has left our offices, we will send you a confirmation email with your tracking number and its link so that you can check the status of your order.

Shipping Address:
Please make sure that the address and shipping details provided are correct. If you have placed your order and the shipping address is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and we will try to solve it.
Please note that once processed, orders cannot be modified or cancelled. JOIES BY LIEKE is not responsible for incidents with the delivery address provided. If the delivery address is not correctly completed by the customer and the shipped orders are returned, JOIES BY LIEKE will not be responsible for the shipping costs assumed by the customer or the cost of the second shipment.
JOIES BY LIEKE cannot be considered responsible if it cannot send the requested order due to circumstances beyond its control, including delays by our suppliers, fires, floods, strikes, electrical problems, etc.
International fees and charges: JOIES BY LIEKE is not responsible for any extra fee or tax that occurs throughout the shipment.

SEUR 24 / 48H Priority Shipping made by the SEUR Company.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with the tracking number. From the reception of the email, the estimated time to receive the package is between 24 and 48 hours for customers in Spain and the Balearic Islands. If after that period you have not received your order, you can contact us and we will try to solve the problem. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday and also on Saturday mornings.
