HOW WILL I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?
All orders are confirmed by email. In order to place the order, the contact details and the shipping address must be filled in correctly and the payment must be accepted.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER ONCE I HAVE PLACED IT?
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible through our email: info@joiesbylieke. Unfortunately, once the order has left our offices, it is impossible to stop the purchase, so, in case you do not want the purchased product, it will be necessary to carry out a RETURN.
At Joies by Lieke you can pay by credit card or PayPal system. If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, you can send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
HOW DO WE SEND ORDERS?
In the case of the Iberian Peninsula, the Balearic Islands and Portugal, we use the SEUR messaging service. The order is delivered directly to the indicated address.
In the case of shipments to the Canary Islands * and to EU countries and the rest of the world, we use the Postal services.
In any case, we remember the importance of providing us with a phone number so that the messenger can contact more easily.
* In the case of shipments to the CANARY ISLANDS, we would appreciate that in the section "Add a comment to your order", once the purchase is formalized, the recipient's DNI number is indicated to us, since Correos requires it.
HOW WILL I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
Whenever we make a shipment, we send an email indicating the tracking number so that you know where your order is at all times. If you see that within 72 hours from the purchase of your product, this information has not been sent to you, you can write to us at email@example.com asked about the delivery status of your order.
HOW MUCH WILL THE SHIPPING OF MY ORDER COST ME?
In the case of the Peninsula, Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands, the shipping cost is 5 Euros.
For international shipments, the price is 10 Euros per shipment.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?
The delivery time is between 3 and 5 working days if requested from the Peninsula.
In the case of the Balearic and Canary Islands, the period is 7 to 9 business days.
For the European Union, the term is approximately 10 days.
For the rest of the world, the deadline is 2 weeks.
CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER IN THE PHYSICAL STORE?
Yes, you can pick up your order in our physical store. It is necessary that during the formalization of the purchase, in the section "Add a comment to your order" you indicate that you would come to look for it at the store. We will confirm by email once your order is in the store. There we will refund the 5 Euros that the website automatically charges for each order. The address and hours of the store are: Calle Via de la Cruz 46, CNSP, 07180 Santa Ponsa, from Monday to Friday from 10am - 1pm and 3pm - 6 pm.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED / WRONG?
We strive so that no order reaches its destination in poor condition. However, in case this happens, please excuse us for the setback and please contact us through our email firstname.lastname@example.org within a maximum period of 48 hours from receipt of the order, indicating the following information : Order number, Description of damage / mistake. If you want to exchange it for a new product or prefer to return it. An attached photo of the product where you can see the damage / mistake. The products must be returned keeping the original packaging.* The possible damages that have arisen as a result of the use are not cause for complaint.
CAN RETURNS BE MADE?
As a consumer, you have the right to return your order within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date it is received.In order to make the return, you must notify us by writing an email to email@example.com or by showing up at our physical store during our business hours, at which time the return will be made:• The address and hours of the store are: Calle Via de la Cruz 46, CNSP, 07180 Santa Ponsa, from Monday to Friday from 10am - 1pm and 3pm - 6 pm. The return, in case it is not carried out in the physical store, must be made with the same courier company, using the same type of service that we use for the first shipment. Shipping and return costs will be borne by the consumer. The products must be returned keeping the original packaging. Custom-made and / or personalized products cannot be returned. Once we have received the returned products and we have been able to check their good condition, the refund of the payment will be made in a period of less than 14 calendar days.

HOW SHOULD I TREAT THE MATERIAL?
The pieces made by Joies by Lieke are made from noble and delicate materials, so they must be put to good use. Shocks, sports practices, contact with scorching materials, chemicals, perfumes or creams that can damage them or alter their appearance should be avoided. Silver jewellery tends to rust especially when not in use, so in case of blackening we recommend the application of specific products to clean silver.
